Heart Attack

When a plaque is formed by fat, cholesterol and other things in the arteries that carry blood to the heart sometimes this plaque can rupture and from a clot that blocks the blood flow. Interrupted blood flow can damage or destroy part of the heart muscle.

Because of which the problem of heart attack arises. Heart Attack is also called myocardial infarction. This can be quite fatal.

Cause Of Heart Attack

When your coronary arteries form a substance called plaques, including cholesterol, a buildup of fatty deposits over time.

Sometimes these plaques break and narrow the arteries. Which we also call coronary artery disease. Which causes most heart attacks.

   There may be partial or complete blockage in your coronary artery.

  1.  A partial obstruction means that you have Non– ST Regenerative Myocardial Infarction (NROMI).
  2. A complete obstruction means that you have a ST – regenerative infarction (STEMI). COVID-19 or corona virus infection can also damage your heart as a result of heart attack.

Symptoms

Common heart attack symptoms include.

  1. Nausea
  2. Stomach pain
  3. Indigestion
  4. Difficulty breathing
  5. To be tired
  6. Cold sweat
  7. Sudden dizziness
  8. A squeeze or pain sensation in your arms that can extend to your neck, jaw or back.
  9. Pressure, tightness or pain in your chest.

“Heart attack symptoms vary from people to people.” Its sign is less in some or more in some. Sometimes in a person, it already indicates heart pain and stiffness etc. but a person may have a sudden heart attack without any indication.

This risk factors for heart attack include some of the following facts.

  3. Stress
  4. High blood pressure
  5. High Cholesterol
  6. Smoking or tobacco
  7. Family history of heart attack
  8. Use of illegal or stimulant drugs, such as cocaine or amphetamines
  9. History of Preeclampsia
  10. Lack of physical activity
  11. And an autoimmune condition.

Prevention

To prevent heart attack, you should take care of some things.

  1. Taking medicines recommended by your doctor.
  2. Restrict smoking and tobacco.
  3. Exercise regularly.
  4. Controlling stress.
  5. By maintain a healthy weight.
  6. Control your high blood pressure, high cholesterol and diabetes.
