- When we do official work, we have to sit for a very long time, to avoid this, we should get up or move around every hour are two hour which reduces the chance of getting pain.
- Whenever the muscles feel pain due to tightness, then stretching or massaging us reduces our pain.
- Warm up should be done on regular basis before any workout so that we do not have pain.
- Always do a stretch after a workout.
